Huntersville police seek help with ID of man in Aug. 15 CVS robbery
Huntersville police investigators are seeking help identifying a man who used a semi-autopmatic handgun to rob a CVS drug store on Aug. 15.
The robbery occurred about 9:53 p.m. at the CVS at 16715 Old Statesville Road, officials said. The suspect is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, thin build, wearing white Nike sneakers, blue jeans with a light colored belt, dark zip-up hoodie, a white and black bandana over his face. He also wore black sunglasses and a purple brimmed hat.
He stole an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the business heading south on Old Statesville Road in a dark colored sedan. Anyone with information concerning the robbery should contact Sergeant Ryan Smith at 704-464-5400.
