Denver, N.C., man sentenced to at least 21 years in child porn case
A Denver, N.C., man was sentenced to at least 21 years in prison after pleading guilty to child pornography charges this week.
Edward Arthur Peck, 50, pleaded guilty to 10 counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and was sentenced in Lincoln County Superior Court on Tuesday, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office said..
The State Bureau of Investigation, assisted by the sheriff’s office, executed a search warrant of Peck’s home in 2013 and found child pornography.
Peck will be given credit for the 3 1/2 years he’s been jailed. He was transferred to Central Prison in Raleigh on Wednesday.
