Lincolnton man accused of ‘inappropriately touching’ 12-year-old girl
A Lincolnton man is accused of inappropriately touching a 12-year-old girl.
Phillip Wayne Vrchota, 34, was charged Wednesday with felony taking indecent liberties with a minor and jailed on a $50,000 bail.
The girl was touched inappropriately on various parts of her body at Vrchota’s home in June and July, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday.
