A wanted gang member from Lincoln County was jailed on Monday after he smashed into a Gaston County Police car after officers went to arrest him.
Isaac Avery Brown, 20, was in the Gaston County Jail on Monday night after officers used “stop sticks” to deflate tires on his Honda Civic.
Police searched for Brown after he cut off his electronic monitoring ankle bracelet late last week as he awaited trial on charges of felony breaking and entering and felony obtaining property by false pretense. Police have not named the gang to which Brown belongs.
