Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in an armed robbery of a Citgo gas station Monday afternoon.
The robbery happened at 3:45 p.m. at the station at 601 Eastway Drive off The Plaza. The suspect told the clerk he had a weapon, demanded money, then fled on foot.
