Davidson man charged in CVS robbery
Kannapolis police have charged a Davidson man in Tuesday’s robbery of the CVS Pharmacy at 2002 Shiloh Church Road.
Myles Robert Williams, 28, was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon.
Lincoln County sheriff’s investigators arrested Williams without incident late Thursday at the Murphy’s gas station on N.C. 73 in Denver. Williams was jailed with bail set at $42,000.
The Kannapolis CVS was robbed about 9:20 a.m. Tuesday by a man displaying a black semi-automatic handgun, police said.
The robber demanded prescription medication and left with a large quantity of medication. He left in a white sedan.
