Sheriff’s office looking for wanted Rock Hill sex offender

Authorities are looking for a wanted sex offender who failed to register with the York County Sheriff’s Office.

Detectives have obtained warrants on Keith Scott Flecker, 41, who is required by state law to register as a sex offender, according to a press release from the sheriff’s office. This is Flecker’s first offense for failing to register in York County.

Flecker has a tattoo on his left arm that says “Gooner” and a tattoo on his right arm of a dragon. Flecker’s last known address was on Barrow Street in Rock Hill.
