Charlotte-Mecklenburg police seek Circle K robber
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police released video surveillance images in hopes of identifying a suspect in Tuesday night’s robbery of the Circle K convenience store at 2833 Freedom Drive.
The clerk told police that the suspect brandished a firearm and demanded money.
After taking money from the register, the robber left on foot in an unknown direction, police said. No one was injured.
The robber is described as a black male, about 5-feet-5 and of medium build. He was last seen wearing a brown shirt, blue jean pants and a black toboggan.
