Iredell man charged with sex offenses against 11-year-old girl
An Iredell County man has been arrested and charged with sex offenses against an 11-year-old girl.
Gerald Shane Summers, 40, was charged with two counts each of sex offense with a child and indecent liberties with a child and was jailed Tuesday on $250,000 bail.
The child was assaulted at a home in the western end of the county in March, Sheriff Darren Campbell said Wednesday.
