A 23-year-old was killed 9 months ago. Three men were just charged in his murder case.
Three people were charged Wednesday in connection to the shooting death of a 23-year-old man who died last year in west Charlotte.
Police were called to 4400 block of Roadway Street on Dec. 3 where the victim, Kenneth Bernard Edwards, was found shot to death.
Edwards was identified the next day.
Three men were named as suspects in Edwards’ death — Calvin Vance and Tobias Partlow, both 24, and 20-year-old Naytrone Adams.
Vance, Partlow and Adams were arrested Wednesday morning. They were each charged with murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon.
