Undercover drug operation leads to Lincoln woman’s arrest
Lincoln County sheriff’s investigators said they arrested a woman Tuesday after making undercover drug buys and searching her home west of Lincolnton.
Seized during the search were methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and a counterfeit crystalized substance.
Kimberly Lynn Bivens, 40, was charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a controlled substance, sell and deliver a controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for a controlled substance. She was jailed on $10,000 bail.
