Lincoln County man charged in child sexual assault
An Iron Station man has been charged with taking indecent liberties with a child in a case Lincoln County sheriff’s investigators said happened in 2009.
Deputies arrested Terry Lee Talbert, 53, of Iron Station, on one felony count of taking indecent liberties with a minor. The victim was 11 at the time, investigators said.
The incident was reported to the sheriff’s office in February.
Talbert was released on a $9,500 bail.
