Police investigating homicide on Ashley Road in Charlotte
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police officers are investigating a homicide in the 2700 block of Ashley Road off Wilkinson Boulevard.
CMPD tweeted about the investigation around 5:40 p.m. Thursday. No other information, including the identity of the victim or the circumstance of the death, has been released.
According to Medic, one person died.
