Police seek suspect who cut off his electronic monitor

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are asking for help in finding an auto theft suspect who cut off his electronic monitor on Monday.

In October, a judge ordered Andre Emanuel Law to wear the monitor as a condition of his pre-trial release.

Police said Law was last seen in the area of 5400 Equipment Drive, off West Sugar Creek Road and Interstate 85.

Anyone with information on Law’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.
