Report: Woman living at York Co. massage parlor arrested for prostitution

ROCK HILL, SC - A woman was arrested in Rock Hill Tuesday after officers received complaints of prostitution at a Cherry Road massage parlor.

Peilian Mace, 21, was arrested and charged with solicitation to commit prostitution. She was taken to the Rock Hill Police Department before being moved to Moss Justice Center.

At 3:30 p.m., agents with multiple agencies conducted a raid on the Indeego Spa on the 1700 block of N. Cherry Rd. Officers said they had received complaints of prostitution at the parlor. They say there was also advertising on an internet website.

Through an investigation, the officers said they determined that sexual services were offered in exchange for monetary payment. They said they also detected bodily fluids throughout the business using forensic lighting.

Officers seized cell phones, a lap top, documents, a camera system and approximately $302 in cash during the arrest.

Police say Mace is part-owner and operator of the business, which they say had three massage rooms. Mace, they say, lived in the back of the business.
