Man shot in W. Charlotte, dropped off at a fire station
One person was shot and injured in west Charlotte and then dropped off at a nearby fire station, according to paramedics.
Police have not released the name of the victim, who was shot on LaSalle Street. It was unclear if police had a suspect in the shooting or had made any arrests.
The man was dropped off at a fire station on Dr. Webber Avenue, about two blocks away. He was taken to Carolinas Medical Center with a potentially life-threatening gunshot wound.
