Wanted Rock Hill man charged in 2007 child sex crime

A Rock Hill man was charged with lewd act on a child under 16 for touching a young girl inappropriately eight years ago, according to Rock Hill Police.

Victor Falcon, 27, of Paces River Road, was placed in the Rock Hill city jail, where he was awaiting a bond hearing Monday morning.

The victim spoke with officers last month and told them Falcon repeatedly touched her inappropriately between 2007 and 2008, according to a police report. The victim said this all happened when she was 11 years old. The girl’s mother confronted Falcon after it happened, but the girl “just now felt comfortable coming out with the incident to police,” the report states.

Falcon had an outstanding warrant for second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor when he was arrested Monday, the report states.
