CMPD investigating 17-year-old shot at Charlotte Douglas Airport Overlook
Charlotte Mecklenburg Police are investigating the shooting of a 17-year-old that occurred outside the gates of Charlotte Douglas International Airport Outlook last week.
The shooting occurred around 2 a.m. on Friday, May 29 and the victim was transported to Novant Health Presbyterian Medical center where she remains with serious injuries.
The shooting is classified as an aggravated assault. The report lists three unknown suspects.
No arrests have been announced. CMPD says this is still an active investigation.
