Dilworth PNC Bank robbed

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are searching for a man who robbed a bank on East Boulevard, police said.

Police said a black man, about 40 years old and around 5 foot 8 inches and 150 pounds with an afro, entered the bank at about 3 p.m..

He’s accused of demanding money from the PNC bank clerk and indicating he had a weapon, police said.

The suspect fled the scene in a vehicle, police said.
