A 3-month-old boy was found unharmed and was reunited with his mother early Thursday, after he was taken from their north Charlotte home Wednesday night.

Police are still searching for the boy’s father, Donte Hill Sr., who took the boy from his mother’s home in the 6500 block of Heathbrooke Avenue after an argument, police said.

Hill has an outstanding warrant for a felony probation violation, police said.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911.

Hill took his son from the home shortly after 10 p.m., police said. The boy, Donte Hill Jr., was poorly clothed, hadn’t eaten since 8 p.m. Wednesday, and his mother worried about his welfare, police said.
