U.S. Border Patrol agents in New Mexico found missing Cramerton teen Haley Porter just after 10 p.m. Wednesday.
Haley was in good health and in the company of her former boyfriend, Francisco Jaramillo Vazquez, 18, Cramerton Police Chief Greg Ratchford said.
Police had issued warrants charging Vazquez with kidnapping after they said he drove from Gaston County with Haley, who is 14. She was last seen leaving Stuart Cramer High about 3 p.m. Monday.
Haley and Vazquez are in the custody of the New Mexico State Police, Ratchford said.

Cramerton police will work with officials in both states to return Haley and Vazquez to North Carolina, the chief said.
Ratchford said that although Haley may have met and left with Vazquez consensually, she is underage and did not have her parent’s consent to leave. Her mom reported her missing Monday night.
Porter and Vazquez were entered as wanted persons through the National Crime Information Center, Ratchford said.
