Mooresville police search for assault suspect

Mooresville police are searching for a Hickory man wanted on charges of larceny of a firearm, possession of a firearm by a felon, assault on a female and resist, obstruct and delay an officer.

Cleatus Maurice Lineberger, 29, also known as Reece Lineberger, should be considered armed and dangerous, police said.

The charges stem from two unrelated incidents in June.
