Statesville police search for 3 who broke into vehicles

Statesville police are searching for three males wanted in connection with 11 vehicle break-ins early Wednesday on Holland Drive and Georgia, Virginia and Carolina avenues.

The vehicles were broken into at about 1:30 a.m., police Capt. David Onley said.

Police on Thursday released video surveillance photos of one of the males.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to call police at 704-878-3515 or Iredell Crime Stoppers at 704-662-1340. Callers can remain anonymous, and a cash reward is possible.
