Rock Hill man arrested on 20 child porn charges
A Rock Hill man was arrested Friday on nearly two dozen child pornography charges.
William Pace Clem, 43, faces 20 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, according to a release from South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson’s office. The felony offense is punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment on each count.
Officers from Rock Hill Police Department, a member of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, made the arrest.
Investigators say Clem was involved in exchanging files containing child pornography via peer-to-peer file sharing. Investigators seized his electronics equipment for forensic examination.
