Police arrested a Rock Hill woman who allegedly lifted her shirt while speaking to an officer after a drunken-driving crash.
Rock Hill Police officers responded to a crash at the Crazy Horse on Cherry Road about 11:30 p.m. Thursday, according to a police report. The driver, an employee of the business, was reportedly doing donuts in the vehicle before crashing it into a fence and then locking herself in a bathroom.
The employee, 28-year-old Mindy Chandler, appeared “extremely intoxicated” and only had one boot on her foot when she was escorted out of the business to speak with officers, police said. A witness walked by while officers interviewed Chandler about the incident, and Chandler “began to yell at her and make obscene gestures toward her.”
The officer told Chandler to pay attention to him, at which point Chandler “raised her shirt, exposing her breast,” the report states.

Witnesses told officers Chandler was intoxicated at work, and that she was spinning the vehicle around outside before pulling onto Pursley Street traveling toward Richland Street. Police say Chandler then backed up at a high rate of speed into the fence along Constitution Boulevard.
Inside the vehicle, police say they found an open container of beer and a small “untestable” amount of marijuana. Chandler refused to submit a breath sample for testing, police said.
Chandler was charged with DUI and driving under suspension. She was placed in the Rock Hill city jail, where she remained Friday under $1,600 bond.
