A Chester woman was arrested after she dropped contraband into a trash can at the Chester County Detention Center for her boyfriend, an inmate at the jail, according to law enforcement records.

Brianna Nicole Fry, 18, of Ella Street, was charged with conspiracy, furnishing or possessing contraband and unlawful possession of prescription drugs, according to jail records. She was placed in the Chester County Detention Center, where she remained Tuesday morning without bond.

Fry on Sunday had dropped a pill bottle containing eight white pills believed to be Lortab and 12 sleep aids wrapped in a paper towel, according to a sheriff’s report. Deputies say she left the pills there for her boyfriend, 26-year-old Chaz Flecha, to find.

Fry was seen on surveillance footage entering the women’s restroom in the jail lobby, and Flecha was later seen on camera entering the restroom to retrieve the items, deputies said.

Flecha, who was serving a jail sentence, was also charged with conspiracy, furnishing or possessing contraband and unlawful possession of prescription drugs, according to jail records. He also remained jailed without bond Tuesday.
