Rowan County sheriff’s investigators arrested and charged a Salisbury man in connection with Tuesday’s robbery of Jack’s Grocery on Bringle Ferry Road.
James Franklin Cloer III, 41, was charged with common law robbery and was jailed on $75,000 bail.
The store was robbed about 7 p.m. Tuesday by a man who grabbed and removed the cash register, investigators said. Video surveillance captured images of the robber.
