Mom goes on Myrtle Beach shoplifting spree with toddler in stroller

Myrtle Beach police arrest a woman after an alleged shoplifting spree.

Police responded to Coastal Grand Mall Friday night about 8:15 p.m. on several shoplifting complaints.

Witnesses from multiple stores told police that they witnessed Kristen Hardee, 28, conceal items in bags in a stroller and leave the store, according to the police reports.

Hardee also had her toddler with her in the stroller.

Nine stores reported that Hardee had taken merchandise, according to the reports.

Hardee was arrested on shoplifting charges.
