A 17-year-old boy died in a Rock Hill shooting Saturday night and a friend has been charged in the shooting.
Police initially said it appeared the teen was killed by a lone shooter dressed in all black, according to WBTV, the Observer’s news partner. Now investigators are saying the shooting was accidental.
