Two women and a man described as street-level narcotics dealers have been arrested by Lincoln County sheriff’s investigators.
The arrests followed undercover buys of methamphetamine, heroin and pain pills in neighborhoods where drug complaints have been frequent in recent months, according to the sheriff’s office.
“These individuals were selling drugs in neighborhoods where we have received multiple complaints,” sheriff’s narcotics Lt. Jon Propst said Wednesday.
All three suspects are from Lincolnton. Investigators charged:
▪ Dustin Allen Moore, 41, with sell and deliver methamphetamine and possession with intent to sell or deliver methamphetamine. Moore was jailed on $25,000 bail.
▪ Wendy Roxanne Kiser, 53, with sell and deliver a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to manufacture, possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule I controlled substance. Kiser was jailed on $15,000 bail.
▪ Heather Howard, 39, with sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance. She was jailed on a $10,000 bail.
