Three shot in east Charlotte

Three people were shot early Sunday morning in east Charlotte.

The shooting happened around 1:30 a.m. on Havenwod Road, off of Kilborne Avenue, according to WBTV, the Observer’s news partner.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police have not released details about circumstances that led up to the shooting. The identities and condition of the injured has not been made public.
