Police have arrested two men in connection with the 2013 killing of a man shot to death after gunmen kicked in his door.

Anthony Makuson, 25, and Montez Davis, 29, have both been charged with murder in the April 2013 killing of Roy Bethea Jr.

Makuson and Davis are charged with murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery, breaking and entering and kidnapping.

Bethea was home with friends and his 17-year old son when three men forced their way in through his front door, according to police.

Police say Bethea’s home had been the target of several drug investigations and they believe the robbery and killing were drug-related.

It was unclear Wednesday if another person was still being sought.
