BBB to host free shredding event in Charlotte April 16, 2016

The Better Business Bureau of the Southern Piedmont will host a free shredding event 9 a.m.-noon April 16, 2016 in the Charlotte Latin School parking lot, 9502 Providence Road.

Shredding your old tax returns, bank statements and other personal documents is the easiest way to prevent identity theft, BBB officials said. Cars are limited to four large bags or boxes of documents.
