Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said they have obtained an arrest warrant for felony hit-and-run against Juan Antonio Quintanilla-Garza, 32.

“At this time, detectives have been in contact with Quintanilla-Garza, who is believed to be out of the state,” police said in a news release.
