60-year-old Taylorsville man jailed on child sex assault charges
A 60-year-old Taylorsville man was arrested Thursday on child sexual assault charges.
Alexander County sheriff’s detectives charged Michael Kevin Julian with three counts of indecent liberties with a child under the age of 13. Julian was jailed on $150,000.00 bail and has a first court appearance Monday.
Citing what it called the sensitive nature of the case, the sheriff’s office said it would release no details.
