Two armed men, possibly wearing wigs, rob Verizon store in Indian Trial

Two armed men robbed a Verizon store in Indian Trail on Thursday morning, police said.

According to the Union County Sheriff’s Office, the men – possibly wearing wigs and armed with a handgun – held up the shop, located at 14045-C6 E. Independence Blvd.

The suspects fled in a four-door car, possibly a Dodge Charger.
