A Greenville man was charged with indecent exposure after he was seen exposing himself and performing a sex act in a Rock Hill restaurant, according to police.

Tony McKinley Dillard, 44, was charged with indecent exposure and placed in the Rock Hill city jail, where he was expected at a bond hearing Thursday afternoon, according to jail records.

Officers were told a man was exposing himself at the Waffle House on the 2500 block of Cherry Road around 12:30 a.m. Thursday, according to a report. An employee told officers Dillard “had exposed his genitals under the table at which he was sitting and appeared to have been pleasuring himself.”

The employee said Dillard covered himself immediately after he saw police arrive.

Dillard denied any wrongdoing when confronted with the employee’s statement, police said. He told officers he had been in the restaurant for a few minutes before police arrived.

Two other employees in the restaurant gave similar statements to the first employee, police said.
