Charlotte-Mecklenburg police have made an arrest after a fatal shooting in northwest Charlotte on Wednesday night.
Tobias Ray Partlow, 20, of Charlotte turned himself in Thursday evening after police said they obtained a warrant for his arrest after the death of Daqualous Lynch-Latter, 22.
Police responded to the 4800 block of Tuckaseegee Road around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday after receiving a call that shots had been fired. Lynch-Latter had been shot and was taken to Carolinas Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
Partlow has been charged with murder and remains in custody at the Mecklenburg County jail.
