Three Charlotte teens are accused of shooting people with a pellet gun in parking lots of Concord Mills Mall, Walmart and Harris Teeter.

Concord police say one person was shot in the Concord Mills Mall parking lot, three people were shot in the Walmart parking lot on Thunder Road, and one person was shot in the Harris Teeter parking lot on Poplar Tent Road.

Christopher Dudley Magnum, 18, 19-year-old Matthew Mallon and 19-year-old Jacob Lytton were arrested in the case.

Surveillance video captured the suspect vehicle, which was located at a home on Wilburn Park Lane in the Highlands Creek Community. Two of the suspects were found there, and the third suspect turned himself in a short time later.

An airsoft rifle was also seized, police say.

The teens are each charged with five counts of simple assault.
