40 selected for UNCC Teaching Fellows program
Forty teachers who work at schools in Mecklenburg County have been selected for this year’s Teaching Fellows Institute at UNC Charlotte.
The Teaching Fellows Institute provides a one-week summer program of advanced training for teachers with masters degrees. The goal of the program is to retain masters-level teachers in the field of education.
The Teaching Fellows Institute also includes follow-up programs and support. The institute is funded from private individual and foundation donations.
