Need a holiday jolt? These Charlotte radio stations are already playing Christmas music
If you’re looking to make your days a little merrier ahead of the holiday, some local radio and streaming satellite stations have already started playing Christmas classics for you.
Two local stations in the Charlotte area are well known for broadcasting nonstop holiday jingles to get you feeling the Christmas spirit a little early, and there’s a SiriusXM option as well.
Here’s how to tune in or stream Christmas tunes from your car or your home this holiday season:
102.9 The Lake

From now through Christmas Day, 102.9 The Lake, known as the “We Play Anything” is playing nonstop holiday music, including classic Christmas tunes and new hits in the Charlotte area and the Carolinas.
K104.7 FM WKQC

Throughout the holiday season, Beasley Media Group’s WKQC-FM is playing all of the fan-favorite Christmas songs from “Jingle Bells” to “All I Want for Christmas” in Charlotte through Christmas Day.
Holiday Music on SIRIUSXM
In addition to these traditional radio stations, SiriusXM is also bringing back its lineup of holiday channels you can catch on your car radio or online, including contemporary holiday hits, traditional holiday favorites and timeless carols from this year’s Hallmark Channel Countdown to Christmas movies.
