All around the Lake Norman area this October, local small businesses are preparing costume contests, events to celebrate all things spooky and other kinds of Halloween things to do.

Whether you’re looking to roam through a Huntersville corn maze at Rural Hill, sip tea at a Halloween party in Cornelius or sip craft beer during a holiday brewery tour starting in Mooresville, there’s an activity for you. Some are family friendly — and some are even pet friendly — while others are not, so be sure to check details before you go.
