Up next for Mooresville: Mayoral candidates talk growth, traffic and police during forum

On Friday, The Charlotte Observer brings hosts two of its Lake Norman-area mayoral forums with a look at candidates running in Mooresville.

The Observer is partnering again with Neighborhood TV and WSOC to host the event at FeedNC.

Participating in the forum are current Mooresville town Commissioner Bobby Compton and Chris Carney, a former commissioner and former North Carolina state senator.

The Observer’s Joe Marusak and WSOC’s Joe Bruno will moderate and ask questions, some of which center on rapid growth and development, increased traffic, zoning and police recruitment.

Look for the full video at www.charlotteobserver.com in the coming days.

If you missed last week’s Huntersville mayoral forum, see the recap here.
