At first glance, this had bad idea written all over it: A former presidential candidate and five-time heavyweight boxing champion agree to face off in a boxing match.

But it really happened Friday night, and all for a good cause.

Mitt Romney and Evander Holyfield sparred in a boxing match to help raise money for CharityVision, which helps doctors in developing countries perform surgeries to restore vision in people with curable blindness.

For two rounds, the pair lightheartedly ‘fought.’ Romney, the former Massachusetts governor, even managed to ‘knock out’ Holyfield at one point.

The fight didn’t last much longer after that.
