Hey, Bojangles’ lovers! The restaurant is bringing back Pimento Cheese — and a new item

We could all use a little good news these days, and Bojangles’ is serving some up in the form of Pimento Cheese — the gooey fan favorite is back!

The chain’s Pimento Cheese spread debuted for a limited time last July and once it was gone, fans clamored for more, the company said in a news release.

“We’ve heard our fans’ Pimento pleas, and their wish is our command, so we’ve brought Pimento Cheese back with even more ways to enjoy,” vice president of menu and culinary innovation Marshall Scarborough said in the release. “Kick off your summer with our Pimento Cheese in all of its spreadable, pourable and dippable glory.”

Bojangles’ recommends pairing the spread — described as having a “little-bit-of-spice and a whole-lot-of-cheddar” — with biscuits and sandwiches, or snatching up a 15 ounce family-sized tub.

Fans can also enjoy Pimento Cheese in a fresh way thanks to a brand new menu item: Pimento Cheese sauce, according to the release.

Bojangles’ Pimento Cheese Fries and Pimento Mac ‘n Cheese will both feature the melty new sauce, which will also be available for dipping with the Chicken Supremes combo, the release said.

Pimento Cheese and the accompanying sauce and menu items will only be available through the end of June, while supplies last, the release said.
