Condo renovated by ‘Property Brothers’ hits the market in Nashville. Take a look
A cozy condo that was featured on an episode of HGTV’s popular series “Property Brothers” has hit the real estate market in Nashville, Tennessee, for $619,900.
According to the Realtor.com listing, the 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse was “completely gutted” by Drew and Jonathan Scott in Season 6 of the show in an episode titled “Overcoming Analysis Paralysis,” in which the owner kept changing her mind during the renovation.
The 1,224-square-foot condo is being used an Airbnb for $229 per night, and has gotten rave reviews from guests and has a 4.95 rating.
“I would not hesitate to stay here again!” one fan said. “I have absolutely no complaints.”
“Awesome location with plenty of space,” another guest wrote. “Great kitchen and central location for Uber and Lyft pick ups. Close to downtown Nashville and all the great food and drink locations.”
“We had an absolutely wonderful stay!!!” another gushed. “Everything about the house was great, including location. Will be looking forward to returning!”
Features that stand out in the home are a stunning white and gray kitchen with a wine fridge, a breakfast nook, two bedrooms each with their own attached bathrooms and more, Realtor reports.
