Baskin-Robbins is introducing ice cream fans to a “flowery” new flavor, just in time for Valentine’s Day.

The February flavor of the month, fittingly dubbed “Secret Admirer,” will be available at Baskin-Robbins shops nationwide starting Feb. 1, the company announced in a news release.

The cool, creamy dessert features a “decadent pink flavored cake ice cream swirled with an unexpected rose ice cream and a sweet strawberry ribbon.” Fans are encouraged to grab a scoop — or a pint — before the flavor flies off menus.

“The launch of Secret Admirer builds on our history of high-quality flavor innovation, offering unique elements like real rose extract that our guests may have never experienced before alongside familiar flavors,” Jeanne Bolger, director of research and development for Baskin-Robbins, said in a statement.

“We are excited to introduce an ice cream that is both intriguing and festive in the spirit of Valentine’s Day,” she added.

Those who prefer cake with their ice cream can enjoy the fan-favorite Box of Chocolates cake. The heart-shaped treat allows customers to choose their favorite cake and ice cream flavor, which is then covered in a layer of fudge and topped with milk chocolate candy, according to the release.

The cake comes in two sizes — small or large — and can be ordered online or in store.
