You never really know what’s going on inside someone’s home, and there’s no better example of that than this residence on the real estate market in Nashville, Tennessee.

The 11-bedroom, 11-bathroom building, which is listed as a condominium, has a pretty wild theme running through its 13,909-square-footage. Only thing is, you can’t really nail down what exactly the theme is — nightclub chic? Music city fabulous? Whatever it is, it’s listed for $16.78 million.

“This is a rare opportunity to acquire a stunning historic building, full of history in the sought-after Printers Alley,” the listing on Zillow.com says. “The building is currently configured as a mixed use building with a 5-bed STR on the lower level and a 6-bed personal residence on the second and third levels.”

Both the interior and the cool outdoor area are certainly a journey, based on the photos. There’s artwork flavoring the high walls, iridescent wallpaper, bright colors, exposed brick and so much more.

The building caught the attention of Sunday Night Zillow, a Twitter segment that highlights interesting houses for sale run by Bloomberg reporter Steven Dennis. And people were amazed.

This is a real bedroom in a real house on Zillow in the United States of America in 2023. $16.78M???” Dennis asked in the thread.

“Good lord! Living in this house with all the colors and business would give me both a headache and heartburn,” one person tweeted. “The only room I could manage is the white/neutral bedroom. Yikes!”

Apparently appealing to a very specific buyer,” another said.

“Nashvegas,” someone commented.

Every room in this home looks like a different night club,” one person tweeted.
