Huge shark in front of home has some wondering why it’s in Minnesota of all places

Oh, why hell there, Mr. Land Shark

Well, it’s certainly no garden gnome.

A massive shark that’s parked in front of a house for sale in Minneapolis, Minnesota, has sparked some online chatter that mainly revolves around how cool it seriously looks.

The five-bedroom, three-bathroom home is listed for $424,999 on Zillow.com and before asking — yes, folks are more than welcome to keep Mr. Land Shark.

“Here’s a colorful Queen Anne charmer!” the listing says. “Well maintained with lots of space. Original hardwood trim with new hardwood floors throughout. Newer windows. Forced air heat and A/C, new furnace in 2021 with whole-house humidifier.”

Other features in and around the 3,535-square-foot residence include:

  • Almost finished basement

  • Two patio spaces

  • Garden

  • “Edible perennials”

  • New ceiling fans in bedrooms

But to be honest, most people are interested in the thing that looks like the shark that killed Samuel L. Jackson in “Deep Blue Sea” — at least the ones on Zillow Gone Wild are.

“I love the shark. I would dress it up for the different holidays throughout the year. Beautiful woodwork in the house,” one person said on Facebook.

“This house is gorgeous. While some interior kitsch would have been nice, I love the Land Shark out front,” another gushed.

“I love everything about this!” someone commented.

“Beautiful home!! I’d buy it, shark and all,” one person noted.

Whenever I buy a house I’m putting a massive shark in front of it, love this idea,” another person posted to Twitter.

Shark House < Sharknado” someone joked.

I know most people would be put off by the giant shark lawn ornament, but honestly, this is a selling feature for me,” one person said.

Minneapolis is lucky to have this beauty,” another commented.
