Taco Bell fans vote to bring back nostalgic fan favorite. Here’s when and what to know
Taco Bell is bringing back a fan-favorite after a nationwide vote, but not for long.
The Beefy Crunch Burrito returned to menus Thursday, Aug. 3, after beating the Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos in a vote to bring back a past menu item, the fast-food chain announced.
For $2.49, customers can get a flour tortilla stuffed with “seasoned rice, nacho cheese sauce, reduced-fat sour cream, seasoned beef and Fritos Flamin’ Hot Flavored Corn Chips,” according to a product description.
Those with a larger appetite can order the combo, which adds a Crunchy Taco Supreme and large drink.
Both are available nationwide for a limited time, though it’s unclear when they will leave menus.
The Beefy Crunch Burrito is among the returning fan-favorites at Taco Bell in recent months. In June, the restaurant announced the return of crispy chicken tacos and the Volcano Menu — a nostalgic offering not seen since the 2010s.
Other new and returning menu items include:
- Grilled Cheese Dipping Tacos
- Watermelon Berry Freeze
